Shipping & Returns

  • All clutch purses and home-wares are shipped FREE within Australia.

  • If you wish to use Express Post this will incur an extra charge of $15.00

  • When purchasing an art work, postage will be added after the point of purchase as it will depend on the size and weight of the work and where it is to be sent. Once purchased the shipping cost  will be calculated and an invoice will be sent to you prior to delivery. If you prefer to include the shipping cost  prior to purchase, please contact us  and we will send you the calculated shipping cost for your approval.

  • We use Sendle and/or Australia Post to ship your precious packages and delivery times to all major cities, within Australia, average between 3 - 6 business days. You will need to allow an extra 2 business days for some regional and remote areas. All packages are tracked.

  •  A low flat rate of $24.00au is charged for all international destinations which is charged at the point of purchase.

  •  You will need to allow 10 - 14 business days for delivery and all packages are tracked.

  • Some international regions may charge an import tax. This is not covered by Perfect Chaos art and is the responsibility of the purchase.

       

                           

                                         

  • If you are not completely happy with your Perfect Chaos product you may exchange it for a another item or we can issue you with a store credit. The item must be returned within 14 business days of goods received, it must be unused and with all original tags in place and a copy of your receipt . We do not give refunds for change of mind. Refunds will only be given if the product is faulty.
